We asked BackFlowGuy to test our backflow device per City of Columbus requirements. The City stated, that since we do not desire to use irrigation system for season, backflow device is able to be tested in such a manner that irrigation system would not become charged. I asked to be present during testing to ensure no water made it into the irrigation system (If water makes it into irrigation system, winterization - yet another fee - is required). Richard, the backflow guy replied "Call someone else, we don’t have time for this. Richard,, The Backflow Guy". Nice way to treat prospective, as well as past customer.

If valve meets standards, it is tagged. About a day later, an email provides confirmation of successful backflow valve testing. Easy, convenient, and expedient process provided by BackFlow_Guy and his wife.

Contacted Back Flow Guy via email from website, as provided within Angie's list. In the Back Flow Guy ad was the price of the services. Within the hour, a return telephone was had, and arrangements made for testing to occur. The online payment service through PayPal is a neat and tidy manner to pay for the services provided. The next day, the Back Flow Guy came to our home, tested thebackflow device, and applied a seal to the back flow device, indicating it was tested. The following day, a PDF of the completed report was provided to us, and Back Flow Guy also forwarded a copy to the City of Columbus. Very expedient Back Flow  testing and certification process.
