B-Dry Basement Waterproofing Systems

About 8 weeks ago they started a basement waterproofing project that they have yet to finish. The initial consult was with the owner, Mike, who said explicitly they could work around our ibeam foundation supports that cost $16K for the Basement Doctor to install. After they broke into our cement our ibeams began to fall down. This voided our foundation warranty with the Basement Doctor. The contractor offered to re-install the ibeam system, and when the time came they said they didn’t know how to do it. They then promised to put up carbon fiber support straps for free to warranty the foundation. Today they denied they ever offered to install straps for free. Now 8 weeks into a 5 day project, the communication has been non-existent. Get everything he says in writing so you can refer back to it. Not to mention they walked through my house with dirty shoes, stayed until 9 or 9:30 PM multiple nights. DO NOT use this company. Avoid the nightmare.

They were on time, did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves, and best of all—I have a dry basement!

They did a good job installing and waterproofing but when I went to follow up I was treated extremely rudely.  I've called 3 times since last Friday and no one has come to my house.  I am just looking for professional advice and we wanted it from them since they were the one that water proofed the basement. When I finally just spoke to someone, Bradley was extremely rude to me and said "that he was doing me a favor" to come out and assess the situation.  He was supposed to at least call or show up on Monday and no one showed up or called.  I spoke with him on Tuesday and he said he would be there on Wednesday.  He never showed up, again.  It felt like I was bothering this guy.  I have some black mold growing from the floor to the ceiling. We were not sure what to do so we called them.  The did a fine job but their customer service needs some serious work.

The workers from B-Dry did a really good job. They did the work and did it well. They were on time and they went to work. They came right out after I called them up.

We were very satisfied with the service they provided for us. They explained everything very well. The crew was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had for them. They did a decent job of cleaning up.

I HAVE BEEN USING THESE GUYS SINCE 1992. THE MAN CAME AND INSTALLED THE SUMP PUMP AND A WEEK LATER IT QUIT WORKING. WATER WAS BACKING UP INTO MY BASEMENT AND MY CARPET GOT WET ON ONE SIDE OF THE ROOM. I CALLED THEM AND A YOUNG MAN CAME AND CHECKED ON IT. AFTER LOOKING AT IT THEY SAID IT WAS OK. THE PUMP STILL DOES NOT WORK AND RUNS CONSTANTLY AS OF TODAY. I JUST WANT NEW ONE INSTALLED OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK BY TAKING CARE OF ME. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE DURING THE DAY. I HAD AN ELECTRICIAN PUMP SOME OF THE WATER OUT DURING THE MEAN TIME JUST TO UN-FLOOD MY BASEMENT WITH A WATER HOSE.

I HAVE A GUARANTEE FROM THE PEOPLE I PURCHASED THE HOME FROM WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAD A FLOOD IN MY BASEMENT IN THE AREA THAT THEY ALREADY WATERPROOFED. THE DAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME, THEY DID NOT SHOW AND CALLED HOURS LATER. IT TOOK A GOOD THREE WEEKS FOR THEM TO COME AND LOOK AT THE PROBLEM. THEY FINALLY CAME OUT AND TRIED TO PASS THE BUCK. I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE LACK OF RESPONSE.

SOMETIMES HARD TO MAKE CONTACT WITH. WILL GET THE JOB DONE, HOWEVER, ONCE SCHEDULED.

IF YOU NEED THE DRAIN TILE REPLACED, THESE GUYS DO A GREAT JOB.

INSTALLED SUMP PUMP, NICE GUYS, KEPT US INVOLVED AND INFORMED THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.
