Plumbing
The faucet has not been working right since he put it on; they installed it too close to the drain pipe. Now it's gotten worse and is leaks water all over the place. He didn't do a good job at all, outdoor faucets last a lot longer than 3 years.

It was one major hastle from start to finish, especially trying to get him back after I paid him in full. He did purchase & install the galvanized fittings & check valve that were cited as code violations, but did not pay the re-inspection fee. His "cheap" bid actually cost more in the end than the expensive bid. I relied on my furnace repairman for his referral rather than doing my own research. Next time, I will get EVERYTHING in writing so there is nothing left to intrepretation.
