I CALLED AN HOUR AFTER OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AND THE PERSON IN THE OFFICE SAID THAT THEY DIDN'T KNOW THE SALESMAN'S SCHEDULE AND DIDN'T HAVE A WAY TO REACH HIM. DIDN'T APOLOGIZE OR OFFER TO RESCHEDULE.

MR. BURGESS WAS VERY POLITE ON THE PHONE AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT LATER THAT WEEK. HE NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT NOR CALLED TO CANCEL. I'M SURE HE WAS BUSY AND PROBABLY NOT ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME. I WAS GONE DURING THE DAY, BUT ARRIVED HOME 20 MINUTES BEFORE MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I PLAN TO CALL BACK TO RESCHEDULE.

MR. BURGESS PROVIDED THE HIGHEST QUALITY CARE AND SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. AS A HOMEOWNER WHO HAS DONE SEVERAL RENOVATIONS, I CAN SAY THAT HIS WORK IS AMONG THE BEST.

THE OWNER CALLED AT 5:15 TO CONFIRM OUR APPOINTMENT, AND WE WERE ON OUR WAY HOME. THE APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 5:30. HE SAID SINCE WE DIDNT ANSWER THE PHONE HE GUESSED WE WERENT GOING TO BE THERE FOR THE APPOINTMENT, SO HE DIDNT COME. HE NEVER CALLED BACK TO RESET THE APPOINTMENT. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THIS BECAUSE WE WERE HURRYING HOME TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT.
