the first time he did work for me I took it to his house and he did a lot of updates for my laptop. He also told me how to set up my new printer that he purchased for me. He did a very good job and was very patient with me. He will do calls over the phone as well as in house work. If the work will take a long time he will set up a time for you and will always bill afterwords.

I have used Ward at Award Technologies for several problems at my home from TV remote issues to wireless network issues. I am impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He came to my house and was very punctual and the best part is I didn't have to do anything! If and when I have issues again, Award Technologies will be my only choice.

Ward took my call on a Sunday afternoon and we walked through the process. My computer was up again on wireless in no time. He also guided me initially to my Dell laptop which I love and recovered almost everything from a computer that would not even boot up. I am very happy with his service.

I have gotten prompt response from Award Technologies, using them on several occasions. Initially, he made a house call to diagnose the problem on the failing hard drive on my desktop computer. It was necessary to take the computer back to his shop to order and replace the RAID twin hard drives (he replaced them with a single hard drive of comparable capacity of approx. 700 GB).
Award has also assisted with some issues over the phone, taking control of my computer to analyze and correct those issues.
They provided me with a fair price in advance for their services, and did the work on a timely basis. I will definitely use them again.

I purchased my Dell laptop from Ward and he installed my wireless network, back up drive - the whole works 2 years ago. In March, my laptop died. Ward got Dell to replace the mother board and saved the day. He replaced the motherboard on my Dell Latitude laptop and restored all of my files. It was as if I got the same exact computer back - all programs intact and running. What I thought was going to be $1,500 turned out to be $200. That's why Ward is the only computer dude I'll ever use.

I have used Award Technologies in the past. I use them regularly for the computer, to update, clean and fix bugs. They did a good job for me. I really like them. Ward is the man that does the work. He is very trustworthy and honest. He knows what he is doing with computers.

Ward is very knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and nice. I began using him for computer repair and services upon the recommendation of a friend several years ago. Before that, I tried several other computer service companies and there is no comparison. Ward really knows what he's talking about. He's done a number of computer service calls for me. This was the most expensive due to the amount of work involved and the purchase of the adapter. His hourly rate is very competitive and often lower than other companies. In the past, I've had Ward fix "bugs" in my computers and do general clean-up, backup and updates. I've asked him about the best software for different purposes, and he's very knowledgeable about the software available and what works best. He installed a great software for us to monitor our children's cptr useage. Ward also helped me determine what I needed in a new computer, even though I didn't purchase it from him (he's a Dell Provider). I've also dealt with Sylvia, who usually answers the phone when you call to make an appt. She has also helped me with updating software licenses. She is also incredibly nice and very helpful. I highly recommend Award Technologies. You'll be very happy with the service.

It was an excellent experience. My initial call was handled promptly and courteously. After I dropped off my laptop, the turn-around time was phenomenal. Both individuals I dealt with were professional and very pleasant. When I got my laptop home, I turned it on and everything worked perfectly. My wireless opened up without a hitch, and every program functioned just right.

Ward installed my new laptop, docking station, flat panel monitor, and a wireless network. After he installed the new system, he transferred all the files from my old computer. He increased the memory in my old computer so I could give it to a relative. He also upgraded the cable splitter in the basement and rearranged the wiring to maximize the juice going to my computer and TVs. After seeing the types of data on my old computer, he loaded some freeware on my new computer that really rocks and will make my hobbies much more enjoyable.

I called and got a reasonably timed appointment. He showed up on time and was here for about two very productive hours.

On the whole, I'm happy to know how to use my computer, versus knowing how my computer works, and I'm happy that people like Ward can help me with the occasional problem. I'm just sorry that it sometimes takes so long (and costs so much) to fix the problems!

This is the second time I have had Ward come to my home to help me with computer issues. He is very knowledgeable and patient and never makes a beginner like myself feel intimidated by asking questions. He always has tips and shortcuts that make using my computer much easier to use. If I have a question, I can call him and he will talk me through the problem, so I won't have to pay for an additional service call. If he is delayed and will be late for his appointment, he always calls. I would highly recommend him.

WARD IS ALWAYS VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF, AND IT'S WONDERFUL TO HAVE SOMEONE WITH HIS EXPERIENCE TO HELP WHEN THINGS GO WRONG. THERE ARE LOTS OF PC HELP PROVIDERS OUT THERE, BUT FEW WHO CAN WORK WITH MACS, AND FEWER STILL WHO MAKE HOUSE CALLS. THIS IS A WONDERFUL RESOURCE.
