They do the best job. My car engine oil was dripping leaking oil for a couple of years already, the dealer couldn't solved the problem, so i brought to a another shop, but they didn't solve the problem as well. So i brought the car to AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES INC, work with the guy with the name Josh, and what he determined was, was hard to believe, previously someone put a wrong drain plug on the oil pan and this young man figured out the problem and eventually fixed and solved the problem. I am delighted with him and I give AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES INC a five star across the board.

It went well they service the car and had it ready for me in just one day. I was pleased and will use them again for our cars.

I have used this company before and they did a fine job, but in the case of the current service to my truck, it is turning into a nightmare.  A NIGHTMARE!   

I am nearly TWO MONTHS in, and still do not have my truck back.  

They can comment all they want on the job being more difficult than they maybe initially thought, but there is no way in the world that this job should have taken (so far) two months.  

I have been in regular contact with them every week, beginning with week 3.  The response has been "It may take one more week," and this has been going on now for 4-5 weeks!!!  

They knocked some money off the overall price as a way to say sorry, which I appreciated, but this hardly financially compensates for the fact that I have had to rent a car for nearly a month. NO EXCUSE for this amount of time, and THEY STILL HAVE MY TRUCK.

I will never use them again, and would warn anyone thinking about doing so to get a guarantee in writing that any services or repairs will be completed by a given date.

Extremely friendly shop manager. He was very helpful and willing to work with me in regards to price. He allowed me to purchase my own parts which saved me a lot of money which means a lot for me being a single parent. They were very good communicating with me. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I will go back to them for ALL of my serious auto service needs. These guys were great.

They have always been nice people and price is very reasonable. They fixed everything perfectly and I have had no problems.

My daughter and I dropped off her car around 8:00 a.m. on the 9th. I told the clerk that the driver's door didn't open with the key fob but the other doors did. I also stated that the door opened with the key. My daughter also mentioned that the brake light came on during the drive to the shop and asked if that could be looked at too.
About 9:30 I received a call that they had looked at the car. I was told that the brake light did not come on during the test drive so they could not check anything out. Regarding the door, I was told the actuator was bad and needed to be replaced. The cost would be approximately $270 after the AAA discount. I told the clerk that this was higher than I wanted to spend and that we would pick up the car in a few minutes.
When we arrived at the shop, I was presented with a bill for services performed. The bill consisted of $42 for labor and an additional $10 charge that I'm not sure what it is for - shop fees or declining the services. The bill is not clear. I was not told there would be a charge to get an estimate.
I have had work done here several times before and have never been charged for an estimate. However, at this point I was angry and instead of saying something I just paid the bill because I didn't want to get into an argument.
I have since called another shop and asked if they charge for an estimate and was told they did not. I told them what was needed to be done and given a price that was more than $100 less than Automotive Services quoted me.
I also emailed Automotive Services detailing my experience and did not receive a response.

We use them for engine and body work. We have used them multiple times. They are a good, solid company.

I would recommend this company for body repair but stipulate that there is only one experience.

The professionalism, price and responsiveness to our needs was remarkable.

They seemed very careful about the repair.

Their service is outstanding, they have excellent customer service. They are very polite and friendly. It had probably been about 10 years since I had used them last, and I was in an accident and took my car there for work. They were just as polite and professional as I remembered. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The bumper had been cracked for some time and it pulled away from the vehicle. I was told by an acquaintance that is could be plastic welded. Automotive Services was recommended by an auto service business. I was not planning to make an insurance claim; I just wanted the vehicle to look better. When I went into the shop, after researching the car, the estimator told me how much it would cost and how long it would take. I dropped off the car in the early morning and not three hours later, the car was ready. When I picked up the car later that day, I was satisfied with how the car looked and the cordial treatment I received from all of the personnel with whom I dealt. They even washed the car!

I stopped by the shop to show them what had happened to my side mirror. He stopped what he was doing to focus on my vehicle. While I waited, he looked on his computer and made a phone call before a replacement was located. He ordered it and I scheduled an appointment to bring my vehicle into the shop. When I came in for my appointment, one of their employees took me home and I was told it would be about 4 hours. About an hour and a half later they called and my repair was done. Once again I was picked up and taken back to the shop. He said they had an opening right away so it was done in less time.

Car was actually ready one day early.

Everything was done well as usual. I have used this business for a number of years. They have always been honest and courteous and their prices are reasonable. The work has always been good.

Great!!! Clintonville Auto recommended this company, so we obtained a quote from them. Their quote was slightly less than the other two companies, so taking that into account along with the referral, we selected them. We were very anxious about the quality of the repair, as the car was brand new, and we'd only had it for two weeks! The car was scheduled for repair within a couple days of placing the order, and it was completed on-schedule, as promised, in two days. They did a beautiful job; you cannot tell there was ever damage done to the vehicle, and the paint matches perfectly, which was a concern as it was a 2008 model paint.

Went great, dropped it off and they had it ready for me when I got home from work. I've had previous work done by them where I was given much higher estimates and they had a lower estimate, and were very honest on the work that needed (and didn't need) to be done. I won't take my car anywhere else!

I HAD TROUBLE WITH MY CAR RIGHT BEFORE A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. SO AT FIRST, I WAS JUST HOPING TO GET CONFIRMATION OF WHAT WAS WRONG, GET AN ESTIMATE AND SEE IF IT WAS SAFE TO DRIVE OVER THE WEEKEND. THEY WERE ABLE TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT ON THE FRIDAY BEFORE A HOLIDAY WEEKEND, AND FINISHED UP BEING ABLE TO MAKE THE REPAIRS THAT DAY. THE COST HERE WAS CONSIDERABLY LESS THAN AN ESTIMATE FROM ANOTHER SHOP.

The work took forever to do to my liking-I had to continue to go back to have things done CORRECTLY! I don't know if this company doesn't like dealing with women, or whether they think because they're dealing with a woman, she doesn't know what she's talking about-but this was the treatment I got-from every one of their employees I ended up working with. Every single time I went there or spoke with someone on the phone, I worked with someone different. There's absolutely NO personal care by any one of their sales people, in order to follow through on the job from start to finish. A couple of times that I had to be there, first thing in the morning, NO ONE was there to even open up their shop! I had to wait on someone to show up to open up for the day. I couldn't believe it!

Great. Worked me in the next day and had project completed on time. Very reasonable price.

I have been using Automotive Services since 1990 when two other auto repair places told me I needed $600-800 repairs when it turned out to only be a $35 thermostat that needed replaced. I will never go anywhere else. They are the most honest auto repair shop I've ever been to. I have recommended many other people who will now only go to Automotive Services. They give you an honest answer on what is going wrong with your car, an incredibly fair estimate on the price, and will have the car ready very quickly.

I was referred to the company by my insurance company and they were very helpful and easy to work with. The work was done within a week, I'm very satisfied with it, and they worked directly with my insurance company so I had nothing to do except drop off my car and pick it up. I'm not familiar with auto bodywork prices, but the price seemed right in line with what I've heard from other people.

I had the vehicle towed there late on Friday. They called me with an estimate on Monday and I was driving the vehicle on Tuesday. They gave a very reasonable estimate and finished the repairs quickly. The car is driving great.

The front bumper was replaced, as well as a headlight. There was some AC work and radiator work done. License plate pounded flat, light hood damage replaced, all from front end damage in a car crash.
