THIS WAS A SHOCKING AND DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT HONOR YOUR REQUESTS, NO MATTER HOW SIMPLE OR HOW CLEARLY STATED.

"We are sorry that your experience with our service was less than satisfactory. In our defense, we communicated that we do not move heavy furniture when cleaning your home. If there is an area that you would like for us to clean, we ask that our customer make arrangements to move heavy items in order to clean the requested area. Further, we ask that any request for us to clean the inside of a furniture item and or under furniture item, that the customer reviews the scope with the cleaner so that all expectations can be met. We are sorry to hear that your experience with our company was less than satisfactory."
