Furniture - Sales
The salesman said Ashley does not sell floor samples. I asked to speak to the manager three times and each time the salesman balked. Finally, he left me and went behind a counter where I couldn't see him. After approximately ten minutes, he told me the company was going to get one that was already on order for another customer and they would replace that table with another one. I am supposed to get the table either today or Thursday at the latest. Sorry I don't have the salesman's name or card. This guy was unbending, but ultimately acquiesced to my needs. If you want to shop at Ashley, I would suggest looking for a lady to help you!

Furniture - Sales
We purchased the furniture on a Saturday night with all pieces promised delivered within 2 weeks. Two weeks later, all the pieces were available except one, but they offered to deliver what was there and deliver the remaining piece in 2 more weeks, free of charge. When the last piece was delivered, it was damaged, and we had to wait two more weeks for a replacement.

Salesman was courteous and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the products, and the prices could not be beat! We were in the process of moving, and he made specific instructions for the movers to call us to find out which address to deliver to, even though that wasn't proper "protocol". The protection plan can't be beat; it's not as restrictive as Sofa Express.
