Artistic Spaces

Sheri is extremely talented and creative but her customer service was lacking. She presented me with a wonderful idea for window treatments on a bay window. I accepted her idea and she told me she was going to send out an assistant for measurements. When the assistant arrived, she had no clue what to measure for. Since the first assistant didn't get all the information, Sheri sent out another assistant. The assistant took a bunch of measurements and then left with the curtains that I purchased to be customized. A week later, the assistant made an appt to hang the window treatments and I was shocked..... they weren't customized at all with what I wanted. I was extremely angry and showed the assistant the door. After Sheri apologized up and down, she had to add a few feet of another material so the curtains would fit the specifications we discussed. I did however, like the additional material she added to the curtains....it worked out great. Bottom line......there was absolutely no communication between Sheri and her assistants. To her credit, she did fire those assistants but the customer service must start with her. On another occasion, I asked Sheri to do some work on a second home right outside of Columbus. We agreed on a specific day with her to follow up with me as to what time. Well.....I never got a confirmation time after I cleared my schedule for that day. After that, I figured she didn't want my business. Bottom Line.....after the bay window saga, I did call her again....since she is talented and I had no timeframe for decorating a second home. When she didn't return my call, I chucked it up to poor service overall.

Great! Sheri was easy to reach and it was evident that she is very talented. Our house looks great!

Sheri was very professional and helpful. She has great ideas. My new basement is more than I could have ever imagined.

SHERI CAME ON SHORT NOTICE AND WALKED THROUGH THE HOUSE WITH ME. I ASKED HER TO HELP US PICK OUT COLORS FOR THE WALLS AND SHE DID JUST THAT AND NOTHING MORE. IT TOOK AWHILE TO GET THE SAMPLES AND AFTER RECEIVING THEM I CALLED HER BACK FOR ANOTHER CONSULTATION AND SHE HAS NOT GOTTEN BACK TO ME. I WAS REALLY INTERESTED IN WORKING WITH HER AS SHE IS AN ARTIST, FROM HER NON RESPONSE IT SEEMED LIKE SHE DIDN'T WANT MY BUSINESS. SHE LOOKS JUST LIKE MOLLY SHANNON FROM SNL.
