I first reported the problem to the store and subsequently someone from the corporate office called and asked me to email a picture of the area on the sofa needing repair. Within a few days, the gentleman from the corporate office called back and stated that the issue was outside of their one year fabric warranty, so I'm not sure why they even asked for a photo. I was very upset and just thought I would need to take care of the repair myself. I tried calling Arhaus's suggested vendor for the repair, and left no less than four messages and never connected with the service. I contacted 4 or 5 other furniture repair shops and found that since this is a small repair, no one is interested in coming out to make the repair. After a few days, I decided to contact the store manager and voice my displeasure with the furniture and with the handling of the problem--clearly a defect! She said she would take care of it but asked for a few days to make the arrangements. Ten days later a woman from the corporate office called to advise that they would not take care of the repair, even suggesting that there had been some trauma to the area, which clearly upset me when I thought I was waiting to receive a call from the manager with the repair arrangements and the fact that it is clearly a defect in the workmanship of the fabric being cut short. It's a small repair ($150 to $200) to Arhaus but it's the principle to me. Arhaus should stand behind their merchandise and spend $150 towards goodwill and insuring that I will return as a happy customer. In stead they have insured that I will never purchase another item from them (when I was planning to purchase bedroom furniture in the future).

Love this store. Sales staff is knowledgeable, pleasant, and not pushy. Nice furniture and nicely arranged showroom; you can get decorating ideas.

Very nice. Not pushy at all. They even came to the house and suggested a decorating plan for the whole house even the stairs. Including the paint color & accent pieces. All furniture can be recovered easily with slip covers if you need.
