 + -1 moreANOTHER NEIGHBOR TOLD ME THIS CONTRACTOR DUMPED A PILE OF CEMENT IN HIS LOT. I WOULD NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN. HIS PARTNER'S NAME IS "DERWIN WILLIAMS" HIS PHONE NUMBER IS # 614-419-7691.
Description of Work: THEY GAVE ME A CONTRACT WITH ALL THE DRAWINGS WOULD BE 30 TO 60 DAYS. THEY GOT THE PERMITS IN FEBRUARY AND BROKE GROUND FEBRUARY 17. IT TOOK THEM 8 WEEKS TO POUR THE CEMENT. NEEDLESS TO SAY, WHEN THEY HAVE COME OUT TO FIX WHAT THEY HAVE NOT FINISHED THEY ONLY DO SO AFTER MY CONTINUED REQUESTS. THEY THEN WORK FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS AND THEN LEAVE FOR WEEKS. AFTER THE FLOOR WAS POURED THEY DISAPPEARED FOR 6 WEEKS THEN THEY FRAMED IT. THEN DISAPPEARED FOR ANOTHER 6 WEEKS, CAME BACK AFTER 6 WEEKS, THEY COVERED IT WITH WOOD AND THE ROOF WITH TAR PAPER. HE TOLD ME SHINGLES WERE TO BE DELIVERED ON MONDAY AND THAT THEY WOULD WORK ON THAT MONDAY. HE HAS $12,500 OF MY MONEY AND HE HE HASN'T EVEN FINISHED THE CEMENT. NOW HE HAS NOT BEEN BACK FOR 9 WEEKS, ALL I HAVE IS A WOOD BUILDING, PEOPLE ARE BREAKING INTO MY PROPERTY AND PEOPLE ARE HANGING OUT IN MY GARAGE AT NIGHT. MY NEIGHBORS ARE COMPLAINING WHAT AN EYE SORE MY GARAGE IS.
