I got the phone from somewhere else and I got their care plan for $90 for two years. I think you get one accidental damage thing. It does have a deductible, but it's better than the phone company Verizon's plan. The deductible is much less. If something happens, I can take it in and they'll cover it. They're always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had one product before and they just gave me a new one. I don't know if it varies with the problem.
