Initially, the instal went as planned. However, upon leaving the installer told me the tub faucet might move a little. If it did, I was told “just push it back” into position. However, the next morning there was a rather large water spot (2 feet in diameter) on the kitchen ceiling. In total three trips to my home were needed to correct all issues but one. The face bowl lever is buried behind the spout and very difficult to reach/use. At that moment, I decided not to seek another attempted repair.

Plumber was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was quick and we have not had issues since.

Not well,did not tighten gas lines,had carbon dioxide leak in house,a bad one.did not get compensated at all, came out to check work.my son smelled the gas and fixed it

Initial install completely botched Had to come out and do it again I had to keep calling to get things scheduled and done nothing proactive on their end. Didn’t take a penny off the over 4K of work even with all their screw ups. Will never use them again.

They were very efficient. The job was completed quickly with care taken to only cut drywall where it was absolutely necessary. They stuck right to the quote as well. Very pleased.

Crazy expensive. $500 to fix a toilet that continues to run. I wish I would of read more reviews before I reached out to them. 90 day warranty. I do not recommend them.

Had to snake out over 35 feet of pipe that has 90 degree and 45 degree bends. Took a while but Holden was persistent and did not give up. Very impressive. We just had chemical treatment of the same problem in October and it was blocked up again. Very happy they were able to send someone the same day. Price was hard to take but I believe was worth it. Thanks guys !!

I thought I only had a clogged sink ( lesson learned: never put put sauerkraut in a garbage disposal.) The plumber Holden cleaned it, but there was another clog still. Holden detected there was a issue behind the wall. He requested another plumber with more years on the job (Chase) to confirm before I ran into expenses. Chase came out did a thorough review, then walked me through what he thought was going on - that there was decay and likely heavy rusting behind the wall. These pictures show you some of what he ended up finding. Long story short the pipes behind the wall were in bad shape. Thank God for their help otherwise this would have created even bigger problems when they started to leak. Honestly I didn't want /expect to spend money in December on plumbing (no offense to Apex), but major flooding would have cost so much more in the end. I highly recommend them.
