Nick called to let me know he was headed my way. He arrived and was professional and friendly. He performed a safety check on my garage door and discussed the repair needed. He gave me a fair quote. He completed the repair in less than 30 mins. I’m so thankful Apex was available to come to my house first thing in the morning so I didn’t miss any work.

I had a really bad experience today. I am a 0% satisfied customer. Your service specialist Anthony M got really upset when I suggested that the original problem with my garage door still persists for which I had APEX replace my springs, rotors, brackets etc. back in May. I don't think we could move forward on anything beyond him thinking that I was insinuating a problem with hisvoriginal install. In any case, very unprofessional customer service...and I am very disappointed. As a customer, I am still having the same problem for my door for which I already spent $400 plus and today I was given a quote for another $599 to install new motor as it was bad quality equipment I had since the date of manufacture. Why was this not a problem when you replaced the springs? To make the experience worse, the technician wanted to collect the service charge of $89 for the visit. I was never explained this fact at the time of making an appointment. I wrote the check anyways and handed over to Anthony. However, when I expressed my displeasure about it to him, he very rudely tore the check and said "they (APEX) will never do business with me again." Really?? So the springs and rotors that you installed 4 months ago, are still very much under the warranty your company offers. Will you not be honoring that anymore if anything happens? Is your company policy at the discretion of one technician's mood and judgment? It would be interesting to see.

Very difficult to get hold of this company. I do not recommend.

Daniel showed up and quickly found what was the issue, clearly described what was needed including pricing and then once we decided to move forward the work was done quickly and efficiently. Would recommend to friends and family.

Daniel was amazing! He came out on a Sunday when all other places were closed. He was very personable and he gave me the best price ever, and he was quick!!! He came out fast and finished the job fast! I’ll never go to anyone else!!!

The technician was very professional, polite and did the job in a timely manner. He put the opener light bulbs in, and checked my door springs and even lubed the door. It was much quieter after he did that. Everything looks nice and works so much better after Apex was here. I highly recommend them, and will contact them if and when I need anything else garage door related! Very pleased! ?

My car was in the garage and I couldn't get it out because the spring broke. I couldn't manually lift the door because it's too heavy, especially with a broken spring. The first company I called couldn't come until the next day, so I kept making calls. Daniel, from Apex, said he could come later after he finished a nearby job. I was overjoyed. He came promptly and completed the job within 30 minutes. He explained everything. He was personable and professional and charged the same amount as other companies quoted.
