My heat pump problems began 2 days after Christmas. After 3 service calls and 3 parts ordered, the repair was completed on Feb 18. The parts were on back order which took 3-4 weeks.

They have always been very good. As far as their service goes, it has been excellent. They told us about a way to save money so they are very good and they are reasonable. I would highly recommend them. The contract also saves us some money and they remind us when the service is due. They always give us very good service. They always come when we have an emergency and they are very good at what they do. They are overdue for a visit but it is not their fault, it is only because of our situation, I had a cataract surgery and my husband had a heart attack, so there has been a lot going on. They are very kind about rescheduling. Usually I am here but sometimes we both are when they come and neither of us have any complaints about them.
