BASED ON 1 CLEANING. CHARGE BY JOB, NOT HOUR. 10% DISCOUNT IF USE 2 TIMES/MONTH. ESP. GOOD FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT JUST 1 PERSON TO CLEAN EACH TIME, BUT CAN SEND RE-INFORCEMENTS. DID GOOD JOB.
