Do NOT hire this company for home remodeling. Bill abandoned grossly underestimated the time and cost to conduct the remodeling and abandoned the job, leaving us to find another contractor to finish the work with the renovation ongoing for over a year. Completely dishonest and unreliable business. Home owners beware!

Do not hire this pathetic shell of a man named bill sijan from american construction contracting. He is a dishonest, pathetic, unreliable, unprofessional, lazy con-man. He assured me he would resolve a water leak in my home within 2-3 weeks. 12 months later I still have water leaks and he is unresponsive. He has provided more excuses to not come over to honor his contract than i knew existed. It has been too hot, too cold, hes out of town, too sick and so on. I have spent $12K+ with this crook. Dealing with Bill and his amateur crew has been the worst home renovation experience we have ever dealt with. He is not only a terrible amateur handyman but a truly horrible human being. Bill sijan will steal your money with no regret. DO NOT HIRE THIS CON MAN!!!

The men were extremely polite and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after them selves. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Reliable,honest,and quality work. Cleaned up daily. Respectful of home property. Patient with my suggestions when I changed my mind multiple times throughout the project. Tile, grout, wood floor work is perfect. Wainscoting and chair rail beautiful. This was a master bath renovation where I removed my garden tub and had a sitting area put in with a window seat. Absolutely beautiful. I will use them again.

Kevin and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and did a great job installing my lights and solving my electrical problems. I'd definitely hire them again.

Can't say thanks enough to Bill for accommodating me and being willing to fit my project in a short amount of time. I needed baseboards and quarter-round put up in two rooms and only had a couple days to do it. Not only did they get done on time but the work was excellent, and their quote was very fair. Would highly recommend them!
