I was excited about using Amber Willow for my Wedding because the quality of the flowers was wonderful. However the bookkeeping and notes of the salesperson/manager was not. I wanted long stem roses for my bridesmaids to walk down the aisle with and she just kind of did her own thing and cut the stems off and made a bouquet. She made other mistakes with what was discussed and when I called her after the wedding she said that she knew she messed everything up but couldn't understand her own writing. I even had asked her at the time if she needed to rewrite her notes and she said no she could understand them. The quality was great but it wasn't what I ordered. She was very distracted at times and let a person make my bouquet that was on the job one day. The girl made it unsupervised. Again common sense would tell you.
