Alpha Paving & Seal Coating

I would not recommended this company to anyone. I was left hanging for 2 weeks by these guys with no explanation for the delay with numerous unanswered phone calls made and then they told me that they were having equipment issues. They did a very bad job on my driveway, they did not make it as wide as my original driveway was they did 9ft where my driveway is 15ft so it is not wide enough for our vehicles to drive down the driveway. They tore up my yard with all there equipment. I keep trying to call them and there is no answer and no way to leave a message. We called them with a complaint they came back out to our house April 2021 and told us that we would get some of our money back for us to just give them 30 days and here it is now second week of June 2021 and still have not heard back from them, we are calling them but no answer. I paid them cash when they were finished. I was told they do not use the right kind of blacktop.

After no response from other paving and sealing companies and needing this done, I decided on them but was concerned about it. So they came on a Saturday, Oct. 5th, laid the addition and sealed the existing driveway with no relative ease. When they finished is where the fun started.... They were expecting cash or a check for $2080.00 (which may have been priced high but had no way of knowing since nobody else responded to my small job) so when I pulled out a credit card they were disappointed. Next I pointed to the mound of dirt and sod in the corner of my yard that was obviously going to be left behind since most of the crew had left leaving only the owner and one employee here to seal the driveway. So as he is calling in my credit card I point to the pile and say "what about that?" He says give us a week to come back and get it. So a week goes by so I start calling. I keep getting a message saying that I can't leave a message because their mailbox is full. So with no address to go on other than Dublin, Ohio I could only keep calling only to get the same recording everyday. Well, I finally got to leave a message after roughly a month so I did once to remind them about the pile of dirt in my yard. After that their phone would only ring with no answer so they knew my number and avoided me from then on. I'm outside the other day filling some cracks and I notice where they didn't seal where the new part met the old and the new is already breaking away from water separating it. On the receipt there is only minimum information but I noticed a one year guarantee so I'm going to push for them to come back and make it right, so this is to be continued. Do yourself a favor and overlook these people unless you enjoy headaches. Sandy Adams is slick about avoiding angry customers for less than average work done. I give them an F.

Not a good job. Over priced and their was so much over spray on my white garage door and along side my driveway. Very disappointed and considering I paid $350 for a job that most companies charge $150...

On time .easy to work with. Crack fill looks decent
