 + -1 moreTHE COST WAS HIGH, BUT ABSOLUTELY WORTH EVERY PENNY. I HAVE USED THEM THREE TIMES NOW. THE PERSON I HAD THIS TIME IS FABULOUS. I WOULDN'T WANT TO DO THIS WITHOUT HIS ASSISTANCE.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY TOOK CARE OF THE FINANCIAL PART FOR OUR NEW PROPERTY.

 + -1 moreTHESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT AND IRRESPONSIBLE. THEY MISREPRESENTED ME AND HAVE RUINED 2 MOS OF MY SUMMER. I TRUSTED THEM AND WHAT THEY TOLD ME AND WAS MISLED.
Description of Work: WE SIGNED LOAN APPLICATION PAPERS FOR A LOAN ON JUNE 18TH, AFTER MANY WEEKS OF BEING TOLD IT WOULD BE APPROVED ''ANY DAY NOW'', WE COMPLAINED ABOUT OUR SERVICE AND STATED WE WOULD GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY IF NOT TREATED WITH RESPECT AND COMPETENCE. IN THE END WE WERE TURNED DOWN FOR TWO LOANS, AS THE LOAN OFFICER MISREPRESENTED US. WE HAD NO IDEA OF THE FIRST REFUSAL UNTIL WE WERE TURNED DOWN AGAIN. I HAVE HAD MANY MORTGAGES AND REFINANCES AND HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL TO WORK WITH, THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS, THEY PROMISE THINGS THAT THEY CAN'T DELIVER, THEY HAVE NO VOICEMAIL, NO CELL PHONES AND ARE GENERALLY INCOMPETENT. IT TOOK THEM 55 DAYS TO PROCESS THIS LOAN APPLICATION!!
