It went very well.

It was great! Connie is very caring and follows all of my instructions perfectly. She provides me with updates while I am away, and calls me if there are any issues.

My initial meeting with Lynne was confidence-inspiring and she has never disappointed. She's obviously an experienced professional who knows what she is doing and she has consistently been very easy to work with. She asked all of the right questions to cover those "what-if" scenarios that had not occurred to me. One of the things I like most about "All Taken Care Of" is that, instead of visiting my dog 2 or 3 times a day for an overnight sitting job, Lynne usually takes my dog to her house and cares for him there. It's all legit and above the table, and it's a much better arrangement for him. He loves her and he behaves better with her than with me. I've also had her do a few mid-day visits and I've been very happy with her flexibility, rates, and level of service.

I felt confident in leaving my house in Lynne's care. She was prompt, professional, and I appreciated she was invested in her neighborhood.

They are very thorough. They will also get the mail and take out the trash. They will do whatever you ask.

Lynne came to our house to "meet" our 4 cats and go through our routine with us and them. She left us with paperwork to fill out and confirmed with us the day before our trip. While we were gone she came over twice a day to give 1 cat medication and feed all 4. She also played with them, scooped litterboxes, brought in mail, turned on lights and adjusted the shades. When we arrived home we had a detailed letter letting us know how everything went and our invoice. She was great and we hope she returns even though Scully is not a very good cat when getting her pill from someone other than her mom!

Lynne's service was great. Our cats seemed in good spirits when we came back. From the first meeting, they seemed to take to her, even our shy one. She didn't mind at all when I called to check in.

Lynne is fantastic! She leaves great notes and is completely dependable. She has also watched my dog on short trips and I have no worries that my dog is happy and safe. I've worked with five other sitters over the years and Lynne is one of the best!

Great service and very caring. Sometimes makes me wonder if my dog loves Lynn more than me... she is very caring and I know my dog is happy. Keeps me well informed as to health issues she notices too. Provides sound advice to a novice dog owner and makes me feel confident about dog ownership.

Lynne was very friendly and knowledgeable. The dogs were extremely content when we got home, and the diabetic dog had no health problems. Every time we left him at a vet/kennel, he had blood sugar problems. Lynne kept a detailed log of when he ate and when he got his shots. Her price was very reasonable.

Lynne was very professional in her phone conversations, provided the same care as I do for my dog and he was very pleased with her service. I knew he had great walks as he didn't bug me upon my return! Prices are very reasonable for the quality of care provided. Am traveling again next week and they will be called to provide loving care for the pooch.

KRISTINA WAS ON TOP OF ALL ASPECTS OF THE JOB. THE HOUSE WAS IN ORDER AND WELL CARED FOR ON MY RETURN.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND WAS EQUALLY PLEASED WITH THE WORK OF THE NEW OWNER, WHO HAD BEEN WORKING WITH THE COMPANY FOR AWHILE PRIOR TO ASSUMING OWNERSHIP. MY DOG HAD GOTTEN INTO SOME FOOD I LEFT ON THE COUNTER THE DAY I LEFT. UNFORTUNATELY, KRISTINA HAD TO DEAL WITH HIM GETTING SICK FROM THIS AFTER I LEFT. SHE CLEANED UP ALL THE MESS, WASHED HIS DOG BEDDING, MADE SURE HE HAD PLENTY OF WATER AND MADE CERTAIN HE WAS OK. SHE REALLY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB WITH SOME UNPLEASANT CIRCUMSTANCES. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT SHE DID NOT NOTIFY EXISTING CUSTOMERS OF HER RATE INCREASES AND I DIDN'T FIND THIS OUT UNTIL I SAW THE INVOICE.

KRISTINA WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN BOTH HER CARE and CONCERN OF MY PETS. SHE FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER and WENT BEYOND AGREED UPON TASKS. I FELT COMFORTABLE LEAVING BOTH MY PETS and HOME IN HER CARE.

THEY ARE RELIABLE, CARING, AND ARE GREAT AT COMMUNICATING WITH ME ABOUT MY PET. MY DOG REQUIRES SPECIAL ATTENTION AND MEDICATION, AND I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THE CARE THEY GIVE HER.

WE HAVE USED THEIR SERVICE FOR 4 OR 5 YEARS NOW AND THEY ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB. THEY CHARGED $13 PER DAY. I AM GLAD THEY ARE PART OF ANGIE'S LIST. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL AND REASONABLE IN PRICE.

WEVE USED THEM MANY TIMES IN THE PAST AND THEY ARE AN OUTSTANDING COMPANY TO WORK WITH! THEY REALLY DO A WONDERFUL JOB WITH THE DOG AND THEY UNDERSTAND HER VERY WELL. THEY WILL EVEN BRING IN THE MAIL OR WATER THE PLANTS. THEY ARE VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH AND THEY HAVE VERY REASONABLE RATES. THEY ARE VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH AND WE WILL CONTINUE USING THEM.
