Upgraded the panel and installed the new wires coming in through the roof.

Very well they were done within 2 hours.

Slight miscommunication on what was to be done. Estimate not clear. Issues overcome and work done to my satisfaction.

The guy said he fixed the problem but it persisted. When we called back to have him come out and look at it again, they never returned our call. We paid for a service that was not satisfactory and we had to request an invoice for our home warranty several times before they sent it to us.

Better than expected

I did a bathroom remodel myself and brought this company in to re-route some electrical lines and install a switch. The guys who came were great and they did a very good job quickly. Then I did some more work and called them again a week later to run a wire inside the roof line and install a ceiling fan. Again, the two guys were knowledgeable and expedient getting the job done. My beef however is in their billing: the home office seemed to just blurt out a price and never did explain to me why they charged what they did and never answered my questions. First trip: $600. Hourly rate of $75/per person, two people for 2.5 hours, which was fine. But then there was a surprise $75 trip charge which was not told to me when I called, and I don't see others talking about that on Angie's List. In addition, there was a material charge of $150 which consisted of 30 feet of standard 14/2 wire which costs less then a buck a foot and 4 standard electrical boxes that cost under a dollar apiece. 150 bucks for that? Round two: $375 for two men who were on premise for 50 minutes. Recall that the rate is $75/hr per person per hour. They charged $300 to run the wire and put in a ceiling box. Then they also charged another $75 to hang the fan which is about 15 feet up. No trip charge or materials this time. I believe that they were due 2 hours of time (two guys, hour each) and maybe $20-$25 for the special fan box. On both invoices, I politely asked for them to explain the above in their Quickbooks invoicing system, via email and also left voicemails twice asking the same and they never returned my call or answered.

Everything went about as perfect as could be. All ten total fixtures were mounted in the allotted time.

They did a great job!

For 2 hours of service, they were just able to add 3 outlets. For similar work, other vendors were able to accomplish in 1 hour. Either this particular team was not skillful or wanted me to pay more for additional hours of work. They left couple of screws not tightly fixed. Would not rehire them.

Friendly, efficient, good work Installers were given the wrong address so I missed my appointment but they fit me in after another job and got the fan in quickly. They were concerned about a noise in the fan but it was in the fan itself not due to installation.

I purchased a deal to have 4 can lights installed. When I completed the deal online, they asked for 3 service dates. Later that day All Star called to verify if the one date selected was acceptable. I date and time range was set. They day of service they arrived and completed the service in a timely manner. They did have to cut one hole in my wall to fish a wire into the ceiling. Before doing that they exhausted other options for getting the wire through, and consulted with me before cutting the hole. I had no issues with the work.
