When my shed was broken into, and I realized that a house key was in the handlebar bag of the stolen bicycle. he responded quickly, so that I could feel safe in my home.  He was there that same evening, and made all the keys in his truck, so that I had no waiting.

They put a double lock on my front door and back door. They look so nice and the doors look great! They are sound and secure. I just have one key that works for all doors. My son even said that if I was a thief I wouldn't try to rob that house because the locks look so complicated.

They responded immediately and were very willing to customize the alarm to notify me and linked it in to our carbon monoxide and fire alarms. They were willing to work with our contractor to connect it to our sump pump so as not to flood the basement. They have been extraordinarily responsive in the interim -- answering questions, setting up billing, and just plain providing excellent quality service. When the alarm has gone off, they have gone through the phone list expeditiously.
