I GOT PRICE QUOTES FROM OTHER ROOFERS & THEY WERE CHEAPER THAN ANY OF THE OTHER QUOTES INCLUDING AN UPGRADE IN SHINGLES. THE JOB WAS DONE WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD QUOTED. I DID HAVE A SMALL LEAK AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED, BUT THEY CAME OUT & RESPONDED/FIXED THE LEAK WITHIN A HALF DAY OF MY CALL. THEY DID A RENTAL PROPERTY FIRST, & THEY DID SUCH A GREAT JOB THAT I HAD THEM DO MY RESIDENCE & THEY CAME IN UNDER QUOTE ON BOTH JOBS OVER THE COMPETITION. APPROXIMATE COST FOR THE RENTAL PROPERTY WAS $2600 & COST FOR MY RESIDENCE WAS $15000.
