Great. Doug came out and looked and determined it just needed a cleaning, which he took care of. We appreciated him not looking to sell us something we didn't need.

It was a great experience. They charged half the price of what was quoted fromthe  company my home warranty company sent out. He was very nice. He was here for an hour but only charged me for 45 minutes of labor. He was very knowledgable and friendly.

All Seasons was hired to do the job after having interviewed multiple companies. Most companies were larger and we found All Seasons to offer a highly competitive price. It is a father and son business and we worked with both of them throughout the bid process through completion. We are accustomed to receiving a bid in writing from companies and while we did not receive one from All Seasons, the end price was very close to the quoted price. They indicated that the job would take up to one to two days and it did in fact take one and a half days to complete the work. On the first day, they called us in the morning to let us know that a couple of emergency jobs had come up and we appreciated their courtesy call.

Decided to take advantage of tax break for high-efficiency furnace.  Had known Doug previously, and called him for an estimate.  His was better than others we tried.  Work done quickly, efficiently, with good attitude and professionalism.  Our only disappointment was that the product  they had access to didn't have a variable-speed fan, but the price was right.  We certainly enjoyed a more even heat this last winter as a result.

I did not receive a same-day estimate, like I did with all the other companies that gave me estimates. However, I received one first thing the next business day and it was several hundred dollars less than the others. On installation day, they seemed to run into a few problems that made installation take longer than it should have. They had to come back again the following business day to finish the job, which was not anticipated. They left without installing a new digital thermometer they said they would.

We turned on the AC and after a few hours realized it was not working. Since I had used All Seasons several times in the past, I called for service. They came out that afternoon and fixed the problem. I had AC that night. All Seasons is not a large company, but very reliable and trust-worthy.

Originally I called two local HVAC companies, the first was All Seasons. I phoned both asking about estimates, they said they do them and for no fee. We made a time and date. Ben from All Seasons the (owners son) arrived on time. We discussed what I needed done and I gave him my idea and he offered his. His idea was a smart solution and one I decided to do. He estimated it to be under $300.00. This is the busy time of year and he said he could get back to me the following week. Ben called a couple days later to let me know he had done some research and found that the repositioning of the unit would not cost as much as he thought, because the unit did not need to be flushed and refilled. Wow, good news? We agreed on the following Monday. He arrived on time and finished his work within 2 hours. He cleaned up his mess and to my surprise the cost was under $200.00. Ben was friendly, polite and full of information and I felt confident the work had been done correctly and at a fair price. The other HVAC company came out the same day, I did not receive their estimate until two days after Ben had done the job. That estimate was over $750.00.

The job went very well. I assumed the worst (that the A/C was kaput) but All Seasons saved the day! The unit was very dirty as it has not been cleaned or serviced in at least five years. The fan had stopped running and the refrigerant was very low. He took his time and made sure he had gone over everything. Refrigerant was added, the fan was oiled, and the unit was cleaned. There was also the challenge of the unit being in a very hard to reach space but it was no problem for him. I am very pleased with the service I received and will call again for regular service. I will also recommend this company to anyone I know who needs heating or A/C services.

MR. MURDAY WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH! HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL WITH SUGGESTIONS TO HAVE THE LEAST AMOUNT EQUIPMENT VISIBLE. HE WAS VERY PROMPT AND THOROUGH. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH HIM AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE NEEDING HEATING AND COOLING WORK DONE!
