Communication was not very good between us. Sometimes they would show up for the job at randoms without proper equipment and materials.

Joe Harn provided a very honest and knowledgeable assessment of our situation. His estimate for the work was right on. We decided to have the door company do the actual installation and repair work. I was impressed with Joe Harn's experience and candidness and will call on Joe for any future needs.

It took multiple calls to get initial contact since he was recommended by our flooring contractor to do the trim work. Ultimately we were contacted during the installation of the floor which was about two weeks after initial contact by the flooring contractor and us. Joe did a nice job once he was there and there were a couple of doors that we were unsure of and he offered to come back if needed without charging another service charge. Ultimately we needed him to come back and it took a couple of calls before we heard from him. He did do a nice job and was very pleasant to deal with once he came. He also offered some nice suggestions, which we used in repairing some scratch marks on some of our doors which we appreciated.

Very helpful and accommodating, pleasant to work with, took a little longer than expected but a couple of surprises did arise. Only unpleasantness was when they forgot to do something we'd agreed upon and then they did it but resentfully and not up to the quality of the rest of the work (I think this would've been totally avoided if we would've written everything into a contract before starting - silly mistake on my part). All in all, we love our bathroom.
