They were fine. They were late but they were polite about it. I haven't used them enough to judge that there is any consistency in their timeliness. They did a good job cleaning the gutters. They were nice. I'm not sure I would hire them again.

Richard was great! We had a really small job, and he was quick to respond, come in and do the job. We called on Wednesday, and the job was finished on Friday! We removed a room full of carpet and needed it to be placed on a stairwell to match the rest of the third floor. I was worried that with such a small job it would be hard to find someone who would do it. Very professional, quick, and a great price!

Richard pays so much attention to detail. I needed carpet pulled and new carpet installed on my vacant house. Other contractors took advantage of the fact that the house was empty and would come at all hours (not when scheduled) via the lockbox access I supplied. Richard and his crew always came when scheduled. He did what he said he was going to do, when he was supposed to, and did it well for the price we agreed upon, plus he is very polite. They offer a good price. I was very pleased all around and ended up using them for another carpet installation job I had at my new house as well.
