All Locksmith

Description of Work: I called All Locksmiths because I locked myself out of my house. The door between the house and the garage locked behind me as I was taking out the trash. I called them from a neighbors house because their ad said "15 minutes arrival time". When I called the dispatcher said it would be 20 minutes and when I asked the cost he said, "$19 for the call and a minimum of $25 for the lock". SInce my lock was a simple garage door with a twist lock, I assumed it would be the minimum or perhaps slightly more. The locksmith called 15 minutes later wanting to verify my address, after verifying the address, I asked, "How much longer until you arrive?" He responded, "20-25 minutes". I was livid, but at this point if I called someone else, I would still have to wait at least 20 minutes. When he finally arrived, he looked at my lock at said, "It is going to cost $129". My neighbor was with me and we both looked at one another shocked. I asked him why, and he responded "this is a difficult lock". I said it's not even a dead bolt. He just stood there, and didn't respond. He reaction was take it or leave it. I can't believe a company would take advantage of a desperate person by quoting one price and then almost tripling the actual cost. The kicker is he unlocked my door in FIVE MINUTES! I waited 45 minutes for someone to charge me $129 to unlock a door in FIVE MINUTES. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
