 + -1 moreTom and his crew have transformed our 1950 built cape cod into a home that we can remain in for the rest of our lives. They've removed walls, relocated the laundry room from the basement, turned a 1/2 bath into a full bath (for our daughter), blended old hardwood floors with new, and made our pocket doors glide in and out with one finger. They are currently 1/2 way through gutting the main bath. That heated floor and threshold-free shower will be much appreciated in our cold Ohio winters. Oh, one more thing. Not only are they excellent craftsman, Tom's employees are nice people that you are happy to have in your home. We'll be sorry to see them go when the project is complete this winter.
Description of Work: Rebuild the public areas on the 1st floor, transform the 2nd floor 1/2 bath to a full bath. Rebuild the 1st floor bathroom.
