ALL IN ONE PLUMBING LLC

The All In One serviceman came to the house to service our Kenmore water heater which was not maintaining a pilot light. He only looked at the water heater to get the brand and model number and then told me I needed a "new control valve and burner assembly." He quoted me a total of $648.15 for that repair but warned it would take 2-3 weeks to get the parts. The quicker alternative, he said, was a new water heater, total cost $1,227.96 installed. I paid the $50 fee for the service call and said I'd think about it. I subsequently called Sears Home Services. Their serviceman phoned before coming to the house and told me my problem was most likely with dust clogging the screen in the bottom of the unit. He very carefully explained on the phone how I could access this screen and clean it with a brush and vacuum. I followed his instructions and was very happy to call him back to report it had worked exactly as he'd described (at no charge!). The Sears Home Services tech's advice (and about 10 minutes of work on my part) saved me a lot of money over the solutions offered by All In One!

Excellent. The serviceman (guy named Mackey) came out in the evening of the same day that we called (Four other plumbing companies in Central Ohio could not come out for at least 24 hours). He cleared the pipes cleanly and professionally, and did not leave a mess. The price was a bit much for what was done, but we did get a $25 discount (the coupon was more than the 10% military discount I qualified for). He was personable, courteous, and professional.

They could not come to assigned appointment time because they were caught up on another job, the three hour window was a waste of my precious time, so now I had to wait 4 additional days. The service tech was from another company, not "All In One Plumbing, LLC". The company name was All Hour Emergency Plumbing, the person I spoke with (614) 801-1508 about this new company called them a sister company, not sure what that means. Anyway the man was not able to find a plate to install behind Hose Bibb and made no attempt to fix the very loose Hose Bibb they originally installed poorly. He did close off the additional Hose Bibb I wanted disconnected. The cost was $145.57 but the All In One Plumbing Company quotes on Angie's List website a $99.00 an hour, and says nothing about a sister company. The sister company called All Hour Emergency Plumbing from Centerburg, Ohio was the company that billed my credit card. My receipt/invoice says All In One Plumbing, LLC. VERY VERY CONFUSING!! This job was about a 30 minutes job. I complained and asked for Jeremy Tabor to call me, he was the original plumber, but as of today I have not heard from him. Parts were $19.57 which was concrete filler and cap. By the way, I wasn't asking them to warranty the original install, I just wanted a better solution to fix this loose problem.

He went right to work, and he brought the parts with him. The stopper is a little angled and not straight up and down. He was a nice guy and was very clean. I was just upset with how high the bill was.

. He came to look at the both showers. He fix the bath that does have hot water it just was too hot coming out. The contractor came back the next day to replace the valve in the 2nd bath that does have hot water and not the master bath. The handle in the 2nd bath is not even when turning on the shower. Contractor did not see why the master bath does not have the hot water. No testing why before he so called fixed the 2nd bath but told my husband that this valve would have fixed it. I still have no shower for my master bath. I have to come up with another $$$$ to pay that I don't have, if testing was done before hand. I would thought he would have done so to get a return customer.
So I am not happy that I still don't have a shower.

They did a good job.

My experience with him was very positive. I think I spent about $700, and I also used a coupon for a part of the work. He is the one who talked to me about the water heater I had previously. He told me that he would never have put that kind of water heater in; it was a known fact that it had a bad couplet. He was very nice, pleasant, on time, honest and knowledgeable. I would use him again.

All In One Plumbing is very good. I was pleased with what they did. The first time I used them the man was very straight forward and honest. They listen to what the problem is and get the job done efficiently at a reasonable price. They do good work.

Everything went great! We would definitely use them again.
