Phone estimate did not take into account the possibility of needing larger springs. The price went up as a consequence. It was reasonable none the less. He did an excellent job and did it quickly.

Mr. Ma arrived on time.  Explained the problem; fixed it and even gave me a short tutorial on how to fix it myself the next time.  He was very thorough, explained everything.  My garage door is now quiet and operates smoothly.  

The job overall went well with All Central Garage Door Service. They were fine. They responded quickly. They answer phone calls, they get back to you, and they come out relatively quickly.

They have a good service. The price was relatively inexpensive. He was actually across the street working on my neighbor's garage and I said, " hey, before you leave mine won't shut either" and he helped me. So I gave him a tip but he didn't charged me.

Manner of Owner/service person was not at all friendly. Had quoted us $45.00 but charged us $83.00. Will not use again.

They came out on time. They were fair with the price. They did good work and they did it quickly. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

They did great work! We had an off shaped door and they were able to find the perfect size. He came exactly when he said he would and everything looks wonderful. We have not had any problems since and we will use them again if need be. He cleaned up everything perfectly and was very professional.

Called on a Monday when I couldn't be around. He said he would come on Tuesday morning. He was there on time for me to still get to work by 10 am. He told me the garage door opener was old and I probably needed a new one eventually. He lubricated, adjusted and trouble-shot the old one. He said to call him when it went out again. He quoted a price on a new opener and I checked around and it was a good and fair price, plus he would install it; I just needed to give him 24 hour notice. When it goes, I will be calling him.

I was worried that it wouldn't be the same color or be what I wanted. When I came home from work I couldn't tell the difference. He kept in contact throughout the job to keep us posted in price and how the work was going. He did an excellent job.

It broke on a Saturday and they came out Sunday to fix it with no extra charge. He was on time and left no mess. It took him about an hour and twenty minutes to finish the job. They are very prompt and efficient.

The repair man came out the same afternoon I called, gave me an estimate, which I accepted, and spent about 1 1/2 hours repairing the door and cable system. He did an excellent job.

The garage door ran off track and got stuck on a Saturday afternoon leaving a car trapped inside. I called All Central and was told someone would be out in one to one and a half hours. The service technician came out in 30 minutes. It turned out to be a cable replacement, broken spring, and bad track. He spent two hours in the bitter cold fixing everything. He was very polite. The door has never run smoother and the price was great. He suggested a new door, but was not pushy. I was so glad he could come out on a Saturday, no one else could (I tried two other calls first). I will definitely use them again.

He came out the day after I had called and fixed it in the rain! We were very pleased with the repair.

I called all central garage door, and Mr. Ha was out to my house, and had my garage door fixed in under two hours. He was very professional and did a good job. I would recommend him to anybody, that needs work done on their garage door. a+++

MR. HA GAVE ME THE ESTIMATE, AND ONCE I ACCEPTED IT, HE BEGAN WORK IMMEDIATELY, WHICH SURPRISED ME BECAUSE IT WAS 4:30PM ON A FRIDAY. HE WORKED VERY, VERY HARD ON ONE OF THE SPRINGS - IT WAS MUCH MORE DIFFICULT THAN HE ANTICIPATED. HE STAYED AROUND 3 HOURS UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE AND DIDN'T TRY TO RAISE THE ESTIMATED PRICE AFTER ALL HIS DIFFICULTY. VERY HONEST, RELIABLE PERSON - I FELT THAT MY PROPERTY WAS IN GOOD HANDS WHILE HE WAS HERE. HE ALSO MADE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FUTURE MOVES, AS MY GARAGE DOOR IS IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT. ANOTHER THING I LIKE ABOUT HIM WAS THAT HE DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING - VERY SOFT SPOKEN AND STRAIGHT FORWARD PERSON.

THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY CALL. IT WAS 9:00 AT NIGHT AND THE DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE. I CALLED AND HE CAME RIGHT AWAY. HE WAS SO PROMPT, IT WAS A RELIEF FOR HIM TO COME SO LATE. VERY RELIABLE AND COURTEOUS GENTLEMAN. PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANY ONE.

GARAGE DOOR CABLE CAME OFF TRACK. HE PROMPTLY CAME WITHIN AN HOUR OF CALLING. DECIDED THAT THE OLD GARAGE DOOR WAS PULLING IT OFF THE TRACK. RECOMMENDED NEW DOOR. DOOR OPENING IS NOT STANDARD. ORDERED CUSTOM DOOR. BEAT ALL COMPETITOR'S PRICES. WAS PROMPT, RESPECTFUL, CLEANED UP, AND DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. IT WAS A PLEASURE.
