I WILL DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN. THE BELT WAS NOT PUT ON, (NOT QUALITY CHECKED) BUT THE SHOP REMEDIED IMMEDIATELY AND ON THE SPOT. ALSO THE SERVICEMAN SHOWED ME HOW TO DO THIS IN THE FUTURE. SERVICE WAS PLEASANT AND RESPONSIVE.

AL'S TAUGHT ME HOW TO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN AGAIN - THEY GAVE ME TIPS THAT WEREN'T IN MY OWNER'S MANUAL, WHICH WAS SUPER, AND THEY DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING I DIDN'T NEED - I HAD THEM CLEAN THE MACHINE SO I COULD START FRESH. VERY NICE AND HONEST FOLKS.
