HORRIBLE experience with Jason, who told me to caulk my windows shut if I don't like air coming in. Turns out, every single window AIM installed in my brand new build is warped and has to be replaced. It took me TEN MONTHS to convince them the amount of air leaking into my home was not normal. They treat women like we're stupid. It's 1889 for this company. They bark at you and you are supposed to say thank you. Totally ridiculous. Mark, the owner, is very nice, but very out of touch with what his team says and does. AWFUL. Cannot say enough terrible things about this 'company' which is really one family with a few others who have no people skills.

Found AIM on weather shield website as a "premium dealer."  Called regarding repair of existing weather shield windows and doors.  Was told that they do not do any work on windows and doors not purchased from them "because they are too busy."
