Fantastic! They had a scrap piece in stock that was exactly what we were looking for. Their service was quick, friendly (they set special appointments for us), and the communication was great. I made a mistake on the contract and forgot to put in they were to remove and haul away the old countertop, and the owner (Mark) told his guys to just do it for free when they were on-site. I insisted on paying though, as it was my mistake, not theirs. And the pricing was fantastic for the quality we received. I will definitely use them again.

We were very satisfied and they are very good to work with. They were very knowledgeable, they were willing to meet with us multiple times to actually look on what granite places we like and worked with us to get the right stone for our kitchen. They were very reasonable as far as their pricing and they did an excellent work.

Bob and Fran are a delight to work with and make it easy to choose what you need and want. They spent the time to discuss materials with us and tell us which would work best for our situation.

Master bath: Travertine shower surround panels. Double vanity granite top with two round basins.
Kitchen: Countertop with a siligranite sink and matching granite top for a small mobile island.
Main bath: Granite shower surround panels. Double vanity granite top with rectangular basins.
My granite in all rooms is absolutely beautiful. Excellent work and value for the quality of work and product. Everything was done exactly as wanted. Both Fran and Bob were friendly and honest. I had no problems with getting worked schedule and my contractor lined them up when he needed them here and they were here. BTW, I live 1.5 hours from them. We met them in Columbus, Fran walked around with us to pick out what we wanted. She didn't rush us and couldn't have been any nicer. I'm very satisfied with all aspects of my contact with this company and would (and have) recommend them to others.

We didn't use them because their prices were ridiculous compared to other local granite suppliers.

We had granite counters installed in our kitchen, master bath, 1/2 bath, and full bath upstairs. We were initially drawn in by the very reasonable price for all that we wanted done. We had contacted them in early December and not only were the prices affordable, but they were offering free removal of old countertops as a "Christmas Special". So, we decided to contract with them for our work. Following the holidays, we went to the granite yard and chose our granite slabs for our project. This is the point were the service went downhill...we tried to contact them multiple times via phone calls and email with no response (i would wait 2-3 days, then call and email again). Finally, after about a 7-8 days, Bob contacted me and informed me that he and Fran had been under the weather. So, i sympathized on some level, but also thought "shouldn't you have some arrangement in place to keep your business running if you are sick???" Apparently, their operation completely shuts down if they get sick, which seems like a poor business model to me. Anyway, after they felt better, i continued to email/call in attempt to pin down a day that they could do the install so that i could arrange my work schedule accordingly. After waiting 2-3 days yet again, they finally got back in touch with me and were very noncommittal on this subject. They said we can try for such-and-such week...well, that's not helpful because i cant take off an entire week to plan for your 1 day of work. Finally, i became extremely frustrated with their delayed responses and noncommittal plans and told them that they absolutely, without question, must give me a firm install date. Once they realized how irritated i was, they gave me a date and stuck to it. On install day, they removed the old countertops and installed the new granite (which looks great by the way). Our master bath counter was not cut correctly (opening for sink was not centered on the cabinet), and they came back out about 2 weeks later with a new, properly cut piece. I was very happy that they stuck to their word and didnt leave me with a mis-cut countertop (i was worried about this given my previous poor communication and interactions with them). We've had our countertops for a 1.5yrs now and still love them. So, in summary, the price was good and the granite looks beautiful...but, the customer service and interactions with Fran and Bob leave a lot to be desired.

Quoted price was very reasonable. Then we picked out the granite we liked. After that, it went downhill. Fran didn't seem to want our business ... I'm not real sure why, but all I can say is she thought it was unreasonable that I asked her to commit to a time frame and what would the seams look like. The 4 questions were (before I would be willing to put down a 50% downpayment):What week will you be measuring? What week will you be installing?Where will the seams be located? Is this the final price or do we need to finalize based on your visit? She got upset and said she doesn't do business that way and threatened me with a lawyer? It was somewhat humorous but given the fact that she threatened me with a lawyer, I was a little uneasy ... so I decided to document the fact that we were not ordering anything from her to be sure. All's quiet so far ...I think what I figured out is that they probably sub this work out to others so they don't really know the answers to the questions until the subcontract? My advice is .. run away.

Bob and Fran are excellent to work with and go the extra mile. Prices are reasonable and they clean up well after the job. Turn around time from time of picking out the granite to final installation is very good at about three weeks. We would highly recommend to anyone.

This has been the absolute worst experience in dealing with any company that we've ever encountered. We would definitely NEVER recommend this company to anyone as they repeatedly lied to us and to other companies that tried to investigate our claim. The time we've wasted and the frustration we've gone through can never be compensated for. We still do not have any kind of countertop 12 weeks later and cannot hire another company until we resolve this.
