I contacted Dave Miller who came highly recommended from the real estate agent who helped with the original purchase. Dave was very professional and was able to find a good lender offering rates slightly lower than the national average. He also was very proactive in guiding me through the application and documentation process. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to close by the original date due to a delay in paperwork from my bank, but Dave was still able to lock me in and help me complete the process within 6 weeks and at a great rate. More than the loan though, I was extremely happy with Dave's willingness to answer (and sometimes re-answer) all of the detailed questions about the process. He was both paitent and professional. Dave even refunded some of the unforseen expenses that arose during the appraisal. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend them.
