I had purchased the Faucet, he came out and installed it. He was very professional, very courteous, cleaned up after the job. He went upstairs and looked at the Komod. I was asking all kinds of questions, he took his time to look at it and answer my questions. A Lot of other providers would not have taken the time to do that, He was not rushing and he was very laid back, but still paying close attention to what he was doing.

I called Adena Brook Group about 10 am and Chris came out at noon.  He arrived promptly at the set time.  Chris was able to locate the clog in our pipes though it turned out to be under the basement floor.  He cut an opening into the plastic plumbing pipe and used an industrial snake to clear the drain. He made sure that the clog was completely clear. He placed new access piping to allow for future access in case it was needed.  He worked very quickly and had no problem navigating our crowded basement.  He was friendly and professional.  I left to go back to work and my adult son finished the transaction.  My son praised Chris as well and thought he was great to work with. The cost was more than would have been perhaps for a "handy man' type, but I felt confident using a certified specialist in plumbing and was fine with the cost. 

His name is Christopher Scott. He was very clean. He came the same day. He was meticulous and did it in the least expensive option possible.

We called him on Saturday night and left a message.  Christopher called us and told us that he planned to be out of town on Sunday and that he could come on Monday morning.  He was OK with our trying to get someone else earlier.  It turned out we couldn't, and Christopher, who returned to Columbus early, called us as soon as he arrived.  He came out late Sunday afternoon.

Chris came out to our house in February to talk to us about replacing our toilets. He was about to go on vacation, and then it was quite a while before we got around to actually purchasing the toilets, so by the time I finally called him back, six or seven weeks had gone by, but he remembered us and scheduled the work for the following week. He was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained features of the toilet that were different from our old water-guzzlers, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The final cost was less than we expected. We were very impressed.

Chris did a wonderful job! He was right on time (actually early one day),
kept us up to date on how things were going, and was very reasonable on the price.
We feel lucky we found him and plan to use him in the future!

Chris was prepared to cut the supply pipe and install a new shutoff valve, but he was able to complete the faucet installation without doing so. However, he told me how to do that work should it become necessary. He then flushed the new faucet and made sure it was working correctly. He said his minimum fee for a house call is normally $75, but he charged me less because the work didn't take very long.

Chris diagnosed the problem brilliantly using keen knowledge of the specialty and a logical assessment of the facts, then efficiently set about resolving it. He had the right tools, persisted directly toward the solution in a profession way, and cleaned up completely after he had cleared decades of persistent sludge from the affected two-inch drain under our basement. The modest price was a bargain for this job well done. I learned a good deal thanks to his friendly unprompted explanations of how he determined the problem and how he was solving it.

Scott did a great job as always. When the company came to hook up our washing machine they couldn't budge the hot water handles. It was so old and corroded they had to cut the rubber hose because it was going to explode. Scott stopped by and assessed the situation. He always explains things very well and then gives us tips that will help us take care of our plumbing needs. He is very professional and is always on time and is true to his word. He came this morning to do the job within 30 minutes he was done. He is willing to come back if there are any problems.
If you EVER need any plumbing work done I recommend Scott because he is the most reliable and excellent plumber in Central Ohio with very modest charges.

He does excellent work and we were very pleased. We like that he explained things very well and really educates you. He is very patient and made excellent recommendations providing us with different options. He was punctual, honest and very polite. I would recommend him to anyone wanting excellent plumbing work at a very reasonable price.

Chris is awesome. He came initially to fix the toilet and the sink but he recommended we replace both rather than pay him the same amount to still have old equipment which will fail at some point , which we did. While we were at the store, we bought a second faucet for a bathroom. When Chris came to put them in, he recommended we also replace the values (which were old, rusty and gross), which we did.
He also removed the old garbage disposal and put in a nice new drain, took the disposal, the faucets and the old toilets with him. (Good thing too, I was not looking forward to a toilet sitting on the curb in front of my house!)
Chris did great job! He always cleans up after himself, and is very professional. We wouldn't use anyone else!

Chris is fabulous to work with. He's patient with me and explains everything so that I know what he's doing and why. He produced quality results; I will never call another plumber.

Repairs were made and everything cleaned. My repair passed the gas company inspection.Would use Chris again anytime and refer him to others

Chris was probably the best contractor I dealt with during all the renovations we've been doing. He was on time, friendly, fair pricing, and did a great job with the work. He even helped me with getting the pipes through the new sink cabinet so things lined up well. It's refreshing to have someone so outstanding at what they do.

I called Chris on a Friday. Chris has done work for us before and has always done an excellent job. He came out the next day and asked a lot of questions about the heater, size, btus, where it would be located, etc. We then talked about where I wanted the shut off valve, type of pipe he would be using, etc. Once we agreed on everything we were ready to schedule the work. I told him I was on a tight time schedule and really wanted the pipe installed in the next day or two. Chris was able to come out on Monday afternoon and install the pipe. He had to remove a false ceiling in the basement to install and also create a hole in the band board to get the pipe to the outside. He did this very neatly and cleaned up beautifully. You couldn't even tell anything had every been done when he was finished. The pipe is exactly where I wanted it and the shut off valve is also just what we discussed. Chris, as usual, did an outstanding job on very short notice. I would definately recommend him for any plumbing you may need done.

It was a good service and I will call them back. Perhaps I will use them again in the future.

I have used Chris before w/ great results, so I called when the drain started backing up for the washing machine. He was able to come the same week at 8am which I prefer since I leave for work later in the morning and I don't have to take off work if he can come early in the morning. He arrived on time and checked out the drain. He told me the drain that the sink that the washing machine empties into was a very old drain and had collapsed as it was full of bits of clay tile and gravel. He suggested we reroute the sink to the main drain which was only 8 " away and then I would not have to pay someone to dig up and replace the collapsed drain. He stated he does not do drain work. He is a one man operation and can use a snake manually, but that's it for drains. So I agreed to have him reroute the sink to the main drain and it worked like a charm. He suggested if I didn't want trouble w/ the main drain backing up that I buy a screen for the sink so all the lint from the washing machine doesn't jam up the drain. Chris was very nice, as he always is, and worked out a much less expensive solution than I thought would be possible. He was very neat and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Chris for any plumbing need other than really plugged basement drains.

We were thrilled with the results and price both times. We will definitely use him again.

Chris gave us a variety of options when trying to solve our leak issue; he presented pros and cons for all options and advised rather than told us what to do... very professional and patient throughout the decision making process.

I called several plumbers on Angie's List and everyone wanted a window to arrive rather than an set appointment time; I did not have time to sit around from noon to 3 or 8 to noon, etc. so I kept calling until I found Chris. I had already taken the morning off from work for the following day for another reason and never thought I could find someone who could come that quickly. Chris said he could come the following morning and he could arrive at 8:30am as I had other things to do that morning and needed some to come between 8 and 9am. He arrived just as he said he would. He found the line into the house. He capped the line and disconnected the line from the outside. He gave me instructions to give to the concrete layers about the part of the line that would be left in the ground. He was very professional and easy to work with. He explained things very well. He was very neat about his work. I have used other plumbers before and was very impressed with him. I would definately use him again.
