Architectural Service
He is a lousy Architect. You can't believe how may errors and omitions he made in the design on our building. He didn't even know that city requires a storm water CC plan before the plan can be approved. Eventrually, after 6 month delay we have to pay a Civil engineer to have the CC plan done. For some miracles, the city finally proved it. Then he was trying to have us hire him as a construction manager for additional $50,000. There is no way we are going to pay him a penny more. After the beginning of the construction, of course there are more mistakes found in his drawing, we have to hire a structure engineer and a mechanical engineer to add details and correct mistakes by progressing of the construction. The repaires and corrections of the bad design, added more than 20% of the original budget.
