Hello, I am Derrick Yaunk. I have been cleaning residential and commercial carpets here in central Ohio for over 10 years. I have spent over 15 years gathering the knowledge and experience it takes to call myself a "Certified Master Cleaner". Derrick was very professional and seemed to be very knowledgable regarding pet stains and re-appearing stains. He took the time to discuss the process with us and what we can do to make the carpets better. We had a scheduling conflict but he went out of his way to make us very happy and satisfied with his services. I highly recommend his company! We will be using him again in the future.

He did a beautiful job, as usual, and you most certainly cannot beat the price. He is on time, friendly and he cleans up after himself (mopping up small drips on my wood floors).

Derrick had to patch in carpet to match the existing carpet.Derrick is friendly and a professional.The work he did was excellent.He did a complete cleanup of the area when he finished and I cannot tell a repair was done. I highly recommend him and his company.

I was hoping that he could get the carpet clean enough for it to last another year, and it looks like brand new. His price is exceptionally reasonable. He called before he came to verify the time and got here right when he said he would. He was careful not to bang things up with his machinery and he immediately wiped up the hose drips on my wood floors.
