Our family-owned business is three generations old. We started in 1952 meeting the needs of homeowners that just weren’t being met. As times and demands have changed, so has our company. If the customer isn’t happy then we aren’t doing our job. No one understands that better than we do. We took the concept of warranties and turned it upside down. Cost is determined by the job. Both repairman were professional, courteous, personable and did a great job explaining what they had fixed and how to use the new equipment.

We're attempting to locate information regarding your service but we're having trouble identifying your account. The address on your comment page lists (removed member address) in Milford Center but we have never issued coverage for that address. When we search for your account using the name you provided we show that someone matching your name had coverage at 19876 Bear Swamp that expired a year ago (May 2014) and had claims totaling $680 so we don't think that address is accurate either. We'd love to help resolve your concerns so if you'd please contact our office with your property address and specifics regarding your service we're sure we can help answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your experience. It is important to us that we provide every benefit to which our customers are entitled. If there was an error on our part we would like to identify the problem, correct it, and be sure it doesn't happen again.Thank you for your patience and cooperation."
