 + -1 moreHE REFUSED TO FINISH THE WORK, SO I TOLD HIM I WOULDN'T PAY HIM UNTIL HE WAS FINISHED AND HE STARTED YELLING AT ME, HE WAS VERY IRRATIONAL AND WONT FINISH HIS WORK, WHICH HELD UP OTHER PROJECTS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! THE WORK WAS NOT UP TO CODE.
Description of Work: EXTENSIVE RE-WIRING WORK.
