A SEWER & DRAIN CLEANING COMPANY

Bernie was very professional. He went the extra mile to make sure line was cleaned out. I was quoted around $600 by another company, and decided to have Bernie come out instead. Told Bernie about the quote, he said it sounded like scare tactics. He did a great job, and will use him again. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I called Bernie after I called the first company on Angie's list. The first company never responded. Even though it was the Saturday of the Ohio State, Michigan game he said he could be there shortly. Bernie showed up about an hour later. From the beginning he gave me the impression he knew what he was doing. It took him about 2.5 hours to get the massive roots from the system. He worked hard and even covered the walls and door that might get splashed. I think he felt bad he had to charge me the amount he did but it was well worth it. I will never again call anybody else.

Excellent. Came out to the house quickly and got straight to work. Was kind and knowledgeable regarding the clog and helped clean up a mess in a timely fashion. Very thorough. This is a one man shop with an experienced professional who takes pride in a job well done and helping customers as quickly as possible to minimize disruptions. Highly recommended!

I called on a Saturday morning and Bernie was at my house in about an hour. He took care of the problem in about 90 minutes. He did the job thoroughly. He could've just stopped after clearing the line, but he re-did it a couple more times in order to make sure it would be a while before any more problems might occur.

Bernie has been doing this work for 35 years and genuinely seems to enjoy it.  He took a slow, careful approach using one cutting blade on the cable which he worked gently back and forth to cut the roots growing in the pipe.  The roots wrapped around the cable as he extracted it from the pipe.  Then he replaced that cutter with a double blade and cut out more roots which again encircled the cable.  As we flushed the pipe from the rear of the house, the water was filled with sediment and then it finally ran clear.    Only one of our lines was clogged and he did NOT try to persuade us to do the one that seemed to be running okay.  
We were so pleased we had him do the storm drain on our other house a mile away which has old plastic pipe.   This time, he used only the cable without a cutter for fear of breaking the fragile pipe.  The technique worked.  Roots again wrapped the cable and sediment flowed out the pipe until it was flushed and the water ran clear.

I've had him for a number of times and he shows up when he says he will. I think  he charges too little.

I tried Roto Rooter and they charged me a fortune to scope the drain and then said I had to spend $3800 to dig up my yard.......I called Bernie at A Sewer and Drain. He came out that day. It was a difficult clog, but Bernie figured it out and 3 hours later he fixed it. Thanks Bernie...you the man!

HE WAS ON TIME, GOT THE JOB DONE AND CLEANED UP WHEN HE WAS FINISHED.

DOES EXCEPTIONAL WORK AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING HE IS DOING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR ALL DRAIN SERVICES.

THEY SNAKED IT OUT. IT REQUIRED A VERY LONG SNAKE AND HE RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY. HE PROTECTED THE AREA AND CLEANED EVERYTHING UP.

BERNIE WAS VERY GOOD. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR PROMPTNESS IN AN EMERGENCY. I WAS HAVING A DINNER PARTY AND MY MAIN SEWER LINE WAS CLOGGED. HE ALSO DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON CLEANING UP ANY MESS. WONDERFUL!

HE CAME OUT ON A SATURDAY MORNING LESS THAN TWO HOURS AFTER I CALLED, WORKED FOR 45 MINUTES & ONLY CHARGED $55

THEY CALLED ME AT WORK SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT ON THEM AT HOME. I THOUGHT THAT WAS REALLY GOOD QUALITY SERVICE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
