A-Accurate Tree Service

I've used this company in the past and it was a great experience. Their price to cut down trees are excellent, they usually give an estimate the next day and they are quick to schedule the work. I scheduled on Thursday and the tree was cut down on Monday. They are quick and they never leave a mess!

They were much lower than two other quotes, Timely in providing the quote, scheduling and completing the work. Crew cleaned up debris and hauled away. This was the best job on the pear tree than several other companies hired in past years. Beautiful shape and by removing the lower branches made it possible to travel down sidewalk without having to dodge the low hanging branches.

Given the number of people that needed help, it was not surprising it took so long to get through the back-log. I just felt they quit a bit short from completely getting rid of the stump.

I called for an estimate from 3 companies, they were the only one to response. They left an estimate, so I called to ask them to preform job. He called the same day to confirm, and said it would be sometime this week, and if I was not home they would leave a bill. I came home and found the tree trimmed and the patio area much cleaner then when I left. I was very happy with the service and will be calling them again.

They did very well! They came in, and did what they said they would. I asked them to do some additional things and they got that done as well. They cleaned up after themselves, and I was very pleased.

The crew arrived by 9am and worked very quickly. They were done by early afternoon. We were very pleased that they were able to avoid bumping the porch roof and downspouts when they cut the tree down, since some large branches hung over the porch. All of the debris was removed to our satisfaction.

It only took them a hour and a half. They cleaned up all the mess.

The company did a good job on the trees. Did exactly what we requested.

They always do a great job and I will continue to use them in the future.

Answered our call promptly, came out to do the job in a short time, did a very nice job, cleaned up. We have had a lot of tree work on our property over the last 20 years and they were the quickest to ever respond and do the work.

Great! They arrived a little earlier than they said they would but it wasn't an issue. They cut down the oak tree first. I was a little concerned them might damage the neighbor's landscaping as the tree was close to the property line but they were very careful. They ground out the stump of the tree and removed the chippings and did the same on another stump - something another company refused to do.

I was very pleased with the removal work and price but not satisfied with some aspects of the service. The work was scheduled for 7:30am on a weekday, I took vacation from work to be there, then they called at 7:15 and canceled for that day and said they'd be there at 8:00am the next day. The following day I took vacation from work and was preparing to meet them at 8, but they show up at 7:30 and I'm not ready yet. In getting the large truck up my driveway they damaged some barrier railroad ties but did not volunteer to refund any money for it. I had removed wood fencing as their work order had specified needed to be done, to access the backyard, then when the truck arrived they had to remove 2 more fence sections, which they did. The following day the work was completed to satisfaction and bill was left in my mailbox but with no instructions on how/where to make payment.

They did great work and cleaned up. They were quick to schedule and to finish. They're price for the work was excellent.

Removed a dying red maple, approximately 40 feet tall, and ground out the stump. I was given a call prior to the men arriving. They completed their work in a timely manner. They tidied the yard after the removal was complete and other than the pile of mulch where the tree used to be, no one would be the wiser they were here! Great job!

A-Accurate was quick to respond to my request for an estimate and when selected to do the work, completed the requested work promptly. Cleanup was complete.

A-Accurate was much less than other services I received estimates from. They also were able to do the work sooner than other services. They did a great job cleaning up. The trunk was ground down good enough to plant grass over. Definitely recommend.

Phone calls were promptly returned. Estimate was left in mailbox with proof of Workman's Comp insurance. Estimate was lower than 2 others. I called to accept their bid and schedule the job. Work was delayed about 4 days from initial appointment because of weather and other issues. Totally understandable and NOT a real problem. Workmen showed up on time and completed removal in just 2 1/2 hours. They were pleasant and competent.

A-Accurate was recommended by our neighbor. We called them to get an estimate for removal of our Blue Spruce and they came out that day and provided a written quote. The estimate was VERY reasonable so we had them add a few bushes and another tree to the estimate. The spruce and bushes were all growing right against the house. They scheduled the work for two days later. They showed up on time, did an absolutely GREAT job, and cleaned up all the mess from the process. They even raked the yard and swept the sidewalks! This is the only company I'll use for tree service in the future! We are very happy with them.

They were here the day after we called. Trimmed limbs away from house and neighbor's yard. Had the lowest estimate and did a good job.

My experience with A-Accurate was great! I called to get the estimate and they came out the next day. They missed some of the trees in the initial estimate, so I called back and they met me the next morning. After meeting and giving the full estimate they put me on the schedule for the next morning and performed the work as quoted. I forgot to tell them about the red-bud tree and they took that out for me at no charge! I would definitely use them again. Their charge was $300 less than another company I called and the work was stellar. They asked if I would like to keep the wood or haul it away and even offered to split it up if I wanted to keep it. They took away all the wood and completed this big job in about 4 hours!

A-Accurate came out and submitted the lowest cost estimate, and stuck to the price quoted. We were able to call them after 5pm and schedule the service for the next day. They removed the tree and all branches, etc. Clean yard. No complaints. Would definitely hire again.

They were very prompt and professional and the price was reasonable. I would use them again.
