I really like them! What I really liked about them were their selection. They have a wide variety to choose from, and I thought their pricing was good. Something else that I really, really liked about them was they were so nice about letting me take some samples of materials. I didn't have to find anything and pay for it. I really appreciated that. What they only asked was for me to return the samples, which I did. I think, they're geared more toward commercial. They did not actually do any installation of their own. They made referrals for installers, and these were people they worked with for a very long time. I felt confident that the installers would do a good job. They were the ones who contact the installers. They make the appointments, and get the quote from them. When I did the comparison of everything, it seems that they're pretty pricey at that point. That caused me to part ways with them.

i placed an order with a jack's flooring after going into their store and getting a price quote for materials. i ordered vct for my basement, and bathroom floor and wall tile. the floor and wall tile was special order, so i was told it would be in the last week of august. i called on august 29th in the am, asking where my tile was. they told me they would check and get back to me, that it wasn't there as of yet, but they were just unloading a truck. waited until later in the afternoon, then followed up on my earlier phone call. i was told that the day i had purchased my tile was the man who took my order's last day on the job. apparently he hadn't communicated my order to them, yet the man with whom i was speaking knew exactly where to find my order and had all notes on it, including my credit card number. i would think that if someone hands you an order form with a credit card number on it as they're walking out the door, you would have the fortitude to check on that order and confirm with the potential customer what was going on with the order. i distinctly remember calling a jack's the evening after i went in to confirm with them that i did want to go ahead with the order. i spoke with a woman, unfortunately don't remember her name. so, there were multiple people who allowed this order to slip through the cracks. now i'm stuck in the middle of a major renovation, with the installer ready to go, but no tile, and no tile anytime soon because what i want is special order and not stocked generally. i told a jack's that i would never do business with them again, and i would tell anybody i know not to, as well.

They had very good customer service. They did not have the product I wanted in stock but they were able order it within a couple days.

I was happy with the material and they were very nice to deal with. It was somewhere between $300 and $400.

They included high end laminate, vinyl, and a number of other products. They give superior customer service and take the time to go over the product with you. They are personable and responsive. They do what they say they'll do and deliver on time.

They gave me the best price and the fastest turnaround than two other flooring companies I called with no extra fees.

I was very happy with their knowledge and customer service. They did not install the flooring.

We originally were deciding on flooring for our kitchen remodel and were told by our contractor to visit A'Jack to look at our options. We decided on leaving our original wood floors in our kitchen because of discussing the pros and cons of doing this with a person at A'Jack. We then decided to use villastone at our interior garage entrance because of the possibility of dirt and water at the entrance. We did not want to do ceramic tile and villastone seemed to be a nice looking option and it was. We felt we got excellent service at A'Jack and were impressed with their customer service.

I've used their services in the past. They provide great assistance in picking out materials within your budget. They have a wide price range and are flexible and accomodating. The employees are very honest and straight forward. I didn't have to stand around and wait for service, either. We ended up not using one box of the padding for the flooring, so they provided me a refund. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.

They are awesome! We purchased flooring from them and had another company install it. A'Jack helped us in a problematic situation when the other company butchered the floors we purchased during their installation. They also gave us a good discount for new flooring and found another company to help us install the new flooring. I highly recommend them! We will use them again for countertops in the near future.

It's a warehouse store and the staff is very friendly. They have really good prices and we got the tile from the overstock pile.

They did a perfect job.
