I ordered an arrangement & delivery online for my mother's birthday. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture. There was nothing cohesive about it, and the flowers that were sent were smaller (and different) than what was pictured & described. Additionally, the "nicest" of the flowers - irises and roses - never opened. They simply stayed closed & died off. This floral arrangement was no where near close to professional. It looked like the flowers were randomly thrown in a vase.

I checked for florists on Angie's List first. This florist came up with a good report and I knew where they were. I went the first of that week, with vase in hand, to see if they could do a Christmas arrangement at a reasonable cost. We talked about what I would like, and they could have it ready Sat. afternoon (before 3 pm closing) when I wanted to pick it up. The arrangement was absolutely stunning! My husband's sister and brother-in-law loved it (they are both master gardeners).  It looked beautiful on their large dining table.

They have always send bouquets or anything exactly as I had picked out in the book or seen in their shop. I contacted people that bought the flowers either for a funeral or birthday or whatever and they have always said it was beautiful. They were very responsive when they walk in the door, when someone says hello. They were reasonable. They send perfect flowers.

the process was very easy. I live out of town, so I called the florist and asked their recommendations for a floral bouquet for a birthday. They made a suggestion based on what I wanted to pay. The only recommendation I would have for others is to look on their webpage to see the pictures. Overall, the process was very nice.

I talked to a woman when I first called and told her what I wanted. She gave me the information I needed but I would say that public relations was not her strong point. I felt like she just wanted to "get done with me and off the phone". When I picked up the flowering gift plant the gentleman who helped me was very good, was willing to try different ribbons. He was also talked to me about the Easter Lilly plants and we decided on a a different ribbon. He was very patient and customer service oriented.

BEAUTIFUL HIGH QUALITY FLORAL ARRANGEMENT. FLOWERS DELIVERED LOCALLY WITH NO DIFFICULTIES. I HAVE ALSO ORDERED ROSES MULTIPLE TIMES AND HAVE GOTTEN VERY NICE LOOKING ROSES THAT LASTED FOR A LONG TIME.
