Earlier this spring, they put in outdoor lighting where there wasn't any, lighting for a flag pole, driveway lighting, front porch lighting. They've done a lot for me this year. That project was quite extensive but very reasonable.
I had to call them twice to reschedule, but they were very understanding and flexible on schedule. When they say they are gonna be here, they call you in the morning and tell you how far out they are and when they say they will be here, they are here.
I really can't say enough about them, their customers come first. You can rest assured when they come out that the work will be done right and they will let you know the price up front. They will take you around to all the areas they have worked on and make sure it is just how you want it. I can't think of anything negative to say about them.
We called Goods a couple weeks later and agreed to the work. They scheduled the appointment for that Friday at noon. Danni arrived on-time and immediately set to work. He took the time to double check with me to ensure he remembered exactly what we wanted. The next few hours he spent mapping out the route that the cabling would need to take and cutting the applicable holes for the wall plates. During this time he did everything in his power to cause as little of a disturbance as possible. Small things like closing a door before drilling to keep the sound down really meant a lot. He also did an excellent job cleaning up after himself. Danni left the home around 4:45 that night and scheduled a follow-up on Monday to finish pulling the cables. The work was finished that Monday and Danni took the time to label the individual cables as well as provide me an adequate service loop should I need to change something in the future. The wires were fished through the basement, up into the walls, and into the attic where they were dropped into the bedrooms. You honestly cannot tell that they weren't part of the original home.
We are extremely happy with the work that was performed for us and encourage anyone in need of electrical to give Goods a call. Their quote may be slightly higher then the competition, but rest assured that you get every penny you pay for.
