Called for estimate, gave rough estimate over phone. Called to have him do the work. Returned call timely. Set up appointment to do job, here on appointed time. Since my work was not an emergency I was not in a hurry to have done. Told Mr. Bell to call when he had free time, did so in a timely matter.
