Heating and Air Conditioning Service
I am still waiting for them to fix my AC which is not blowing cold air. I tried calling them over the weekend and they said they would forward my request to a supervisor but my husband and I still have not heard from them. When we call, the phone just rings. There is no answering machine or way to talk to anyone. And they are only open Mon through Fri. They have an emergency line if you can get someone to answer it. Its a crap shoot. Update: Friday Sept. 27, 2013. So my husband said that someone from Viccarone contacted him yesterday to say they would call sometime next week to schedule an appt. to check out our AC unit. So basically, we got a phone call to say we will get another phone call next week...more to come. Luckily, the weather has been mild so we are not suffering at home but it would be nice to have this unit fixed once and for all.
