Last month I was billed for two pushes of which one day they claimed they plowed (which they did not) as both my brother and I shoveled throughout that day with me doing so before I left for work and my brother doing a couple times prior to my getting home but yet they claimed they did and then a few days later they came out at 1:30 am to plow driveway but we only had a dusting -- contract states at least a minimum of 1 inch before they plow. When I emailed to question, no response and also sent invoice in with check since they charge a 15% late fee after 45 days with these two inquiries and, again, no response.
Today (2/11) we had at least 4-1/2 inches and they were no show prior to the time I had to leave for work (6:30 am) and yesterday (2/10) I was off of work -- we had about 2 inches of really wet and heavy snow and, again, they were a no-show -- my brother, daughter and I shoveled numerous times throughout the day. When I tried to contact via email, no replies back to make them aware that I should not be billed for services they did not provide.
Poor customer service to say the least. I am assuming they wrote me off since I questioned the first two incidents but at least give me the courtesy of telling me that.
My brother is 67 (close to 68) years old and my husband is 65 (close to 66) and I would prefer they not shovel due to heart disease in both my immediate family and my husband's. My husband does not want me to shovel as I already had one knee replacement and need the other due to severe arthritis -- this is why I signed up.
