Furniture - Sales
WHEN THEY TOOK IT OUT AND LOADED IT BACK ON THE TRUCK, THEY BANGED UP THE LIVING ROOM ENTRANCE AND FRONT DOOR AS WELL. CINDY, THE STORE OWNER WAS HERE AND TOLD US THAT THESE WERE NOT PROFESSIONAL MOVERS, THEY WERE FRIENDS OF HERS HELPING OUT. THEY DID TAKE THE PIECE BACK TO THE STORE BUT WOULD ONLY CREDIT US FOR THE COST OF THE PIECE MINUS THE DELIVERY CHARGE. OF $25.00 WE CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND ASK FOR THE DELIVERY CHARGE BACK AS WELL BECAUSE OF THE CHUNK OF WALL THAT NOW NEEDS TO BE FIXED. WE CALLED A NUMBER OF TIMES AND CINDY WOULD NOT RETURN OUR CALLS.
