As expected.

Riley Builders completed the job in the time frame required and at the estimated cost. They were upfront with any additional costs that would come up, which these were very minimal. We were extremely pleased with the cost saving ideas that were presented to us based on our budget. There were no surprises at the end. Each team member was very professional and provided outstanding work product. With such a large job, I was very pleased with how well everything went. Our house is perfect now and I would highly recommend them (and already have) to anybody looking for house renovations.

Very well, not a complaint.  Scott Riley and Riley Builders added items after the original estimate was given, worked with the Seller on colors for flooring.  All of their contractors were professional and did a very good job!

They did a good job and I was pleased.  They determined and investigated what the problem was.  There was a cocky issue around the window that needed to be fixed.  They took care of it and I had no problem now.  They were very respectful and made sure to put booties on his shoes so that it was clean in the house.  He was thorough. 

I can't say enough great things about Riley Home Builders.  Scott and his team were incredible to work with...from the quote, to the planning, to the actual construction to the completion.  He was responsive, kept us informed in every step, professional, thorough and neat.  We had in mind an addition for our home with an overhang porch.  Scott brought out tips along the way on the project that we never would have thought of.  I was very nervous about going forward with a project of this kind having heard so many horror stories like you see on HGTV.  Working with Riley Builders, we only experienced positive outcomes and now truly love our home.  He worked with us on breaking down the project on what he and his crew would do and what we we do so we keep it in our budget.  He went above and beyond to keep the project on schedule even when the weather didn't always cooperate.  I HIGHLY recommend Riley Builders and in fact any future construction we do on our home, I won't go through the bid process again.  We would turn directly to Riley Home Builders.  Thanks so much Scott and your team...we've been waiting on this addition since we moved into our home and finally were able to make it a reality thanks to you!

Framed an entire second floor on my project in five days with no problems. cleaned up and handled everything professionally.
